What does anyone expect in case of loss (hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood, fire, etc.)?
ReplyDeleteThe disaster itself is news. What happens after the dust settles is the story.
Insurance policyholders, and more importantly disaster survivors, need to be informed of access to basic rights and information. Much is available, gratis!
It just takes looking: www.disasterprepared.net/info.html
I asked, "Where are the sacred rights of an insurance policyholder?"
And because they were secret, I said, "I must create access."
Thanks for your info and link tonyb! You have given us a good idea for a future blog. So many of the people we see are uninsured. We want to do more on the preparedness end to discuss rental insurance as our #1 responded to disaster is a home fire.
