Our #1 Blogger Gets Award from Red Cross!

For those of you who pop by our blog on a regular basis, no doubt you have laughed out loud at the antics of our lead blogger, Krisleigh Hoermann! She's so hilarious as she takes us step by step through her own blood donation, or when she ties some Red Cross program back to PSA's from the '80s! She keeps this blog fresh and fun every day...and she does it all as a Red Cross volunteer!

We are so proud that our chapter elected Krisleigh as the Dallas Area Chapter "Volunteer of the Quarter" because she deserves it! When she started as a volunteer 13 months ago, our blog was in its infancy stage. She brought it to life and now, not only does she blog, but she is the Team Leader for the chapter's social media strategy. Today, our social media team has four active members led by Krisleigh and we know that will grow even more!

Congratulations Krisleigh and thanks for everything you do for the Red Cross! You are a rock star!
