DATs Alright With Me

Pardon the poor play on words - but as we have learned, it is better to be prepared for a disaster before it happens. The weather has been beautiful outside. The kids are back in school. The American Red Cross - Dallas Area Chapter responds to an average of three disasters each day.

What a better time to join the Disaster Action Team (DAT) for the American Red Cross - Dallas Area Chapter!

Red Cross disaster volunteers receive specialized Red Cross training to prepare them to execute vital tasks in field operations, disaster assessment, mass care, sheltering and psychological first aid.

So do it now - while the weather is nice - and make a difference by saving a life.
