Pick a place to meet after a disaster (one close to home and one outside your area).
If the disaster were to occur to your home or neighborhood, you should have a pre-determined meeting place nearby (perhaps a grocery store parking lot, a church or a restaurant).
You will also need a location in case of a large-scale disaster (ie. hurricane, tornado outbreak or terrorist attack). This should be an easily accessible location in the event of a major disaster.
Happy preparedness and stay warm!
